Over the course of its first century, Saint Mary Roman Catholic Church had three separate, elaborate interior designs. And then, in the 1990s, the Church was painted off-white throughout.
Working with Duncan Stroik Architects, who provided the initial rendering of a Marian interior design, Canning further developed a collection of decorative banners of the Ave Maria prayer in Latin displayed on the upper walls of the nave around the interior of the church. Additionally, Canning fabricated new classically designed plaster reredos in the apse decorated to simulate Carrera marble.
